Then comes the RUDRA-18N17 1700W RMS in Neodymium and RUDRA-1817 1700W RMS in Ferrite for today's huge SPL and power requirements and are ideal for use in application where is required a very high efficiency and linearity with high power handling. They are especially recommended as subwoofer in multi-amplified systems, while the RUDRA-1813 1300W RMS Ferrite is a more traditional unit and thanks to its ideal design of cone profile and surround treatment, offers a very linear frequency response. The optimized ferrite motor produces a strong and symmetrical flux density in the gap, allowing high value of SPL, thrilling dynamics and very low distortion.
