ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Any attempt to alter, supplement, or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and DJ Pundits(Djpundits Sales And Events Llp).

ACCEPTANCE

PAYMENT TERMS—ORDERS

LIMITED QUANTITIES

SHIPPING CHARGES—TAXES AND TITLE

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. LIMITED WARRANTY

DJ Pundits(Djpundits Sales And Events Llp) PROVIDES NO SEPARATE WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DJ Pundits EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS REGARDING ANY PRODUCTS SOLD TO YOU, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AND INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. You may purchase additional warranty coverage if you pay for our Gold Coverage warranty.

If the product you have purchased from DJ Pundits(Djpundits Sales And Events Llp) has a manufacturing fault, DJ Pundits(Djpundits Sales And Events Llp) will facilitate the repair or replacement under the warranty provided by the Manufacturer/ distributor of that product. If the item is DOA (dead on arrival) or develops a fault that is covered by the warranty within 7 days from the delivery date we will replace the item immediately with a new one.

Unopened items may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date for a exchange or credit. Freight and Octroi charges to be paid by the buyer. Items that have been opened may be accepted back at our discretion however a restocking fee will apply.

We only accepts returns made within the first 7 days of receipt of shipment. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 7 day guarantee period. Please follow the return instructions printed on the back of your invoice. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a minimum fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.

Software and Equipments bundled with Software cannot be returned or exchanged as opening the package means the software is compromised. We can only repair such products when they are defective.

The following items are nonreturnable except for defects: computer software, Equipments bundled with Software ,soundcards, internal earphones, earplugs, raw-frame speakers, turntable cartridges, washed or worn clothing and footwear, body jewelry, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We try to ensure that inventories shown on the site are correct but from time to time, stock shortages may occur. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email with an approximation of when the item is expected to arrive. If this time is over 10 working days, we will automatically issue a complete refund and place your order on hold.
