1. DJ Pundits has the cheapest price in the market. Are there any hidden charges involved?

There is no foul play involved in the price section. All prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and insurance. Shipping charges are also clearly mentioned alongside the product.

2. What are the different modes of payment accepted by DJ Pundits?

You can use any one of the following payment methods

I. Online Payments: Pay via netbanking, credit cards, debit cards or through our online payment gateway. Over 95% of our customers trust this to be the fastest and the most secure option.

1. Is my Equipment safe during shipping?

Absolutely! Our packaging philosophy is simple: It ain't packed unless you can play football with it.

Since over 90% of our orders are shipped outside Mumbai, we have naturally developed considerable experience and expertise in the art of packaging and shipping. The average time we spend on packing a Mixer is 20 minutes, and for a Speaker we spend almost 2.5 hours! The following materials to ensure shipping safety:

II. Custom-made DJ Pundits (Djpundits Sales And Events Llp) Hardboard Cartons made of heavy-duty 7Ply Hardboard over and above the regular manufacturer packaging

All instruments shipped from DJ Pundits (Djpundits Sales And Events Llp) come with free transit insurance. In the remote event of your instrument getting damaged during shipping, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund as per your preference.

2. What happens if my payment is debited but the order isn't placed?

In such cases, we receive a confirmation within 24 hours from our payment gateway, and a manual order is created. You will receive two emails - one confirming payment and another confirming your order. If you have not received these emails after 24 hours, please WhatsApp us on +919920833302 

3. How secure is online shopping? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will be verified through the 3D secure procedure.



1. What happens if a product I order is not available?

All orders are subject to inventory availability verification. There may be cases where you have ordered a product before we could update on our site about its unavailability. In such cases, our customer service department will contact you to notify and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available, or to cancel your order. You may choose to have the other products from your order shipped separately, and we will send the back-ordered item when it arrives at our warehouse.

In the event that a product may be unavailable for a period of 10 business days, a full refund may be issued automatically to the customer.

2. How much time does it take to ship my order?

After receiving a product from the supplier's warehouse, it is carefully tested and packed at DJ Pundits (Djpundits Sales And Events Llp).

Most customers receive their product(s) within 12-15 business days of placing their order.

Note: Business days do not include Saturdays and Sundays.

The process is:

Pro audio equipments are fragile and sensitive and need to be tested and packed carefully. Our methods ensure a near-zero transit-damage rate in India, and we'd like to keep it that way. Delivering your product safely is our top priority.

3. How will you ship my order?

Nation-wide shipping is an integral part of our business, and we have tied up with two courier services for deliveries across the country:

1. Fedex Express
2. Blue Dart Express
3. Speed Post
These courier services have been selected on the basis of their charges, service, saftey and proximit to our warehouse and office. Depending on your location, your product will be shipped by these courier services.

4. What Indian cities does DJ Pundits ship to?

Every state, every city, and every village.

5. I’ve placed my order online, how long until I get it?

We process online orders at the head office in Mumbai, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm (India Time). Once your order and payment has been approved by the Online Orders team, a packing slip is sent to the nearest DJ Pundits (Djpundits Sales And Events Llp) despatch centre with your product for dispatch. This process normally takes 3-6 working days maximum.

6. How long does the shipping take?

Transit time depends on where you are in INDIA. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

7. Can you deliver anywhere in INDIA?

Yes, we send orders from our warehouses every weekday. This means you should have your order in the quickest time possible no matter where you are in INDIA. Please note that there may be delays on rare occasions or in remote areas.

8. Can you deliver outside of India?
Not at this stage.

9. Do you deliver on weekends?

We use XXXXXXX for our deliveries. These companies normally deliver on weekdays during business hours. Delivery may take more time if there are any national or public holidays in between. At peak time, delivery may extend to weekends. There may be delays on rare occassions or in remote areas.

10. Can all orders be delivered to my home or PO box?
We don’t delivery to PO boxes. Your order will be delivered to the address you mention while placing the order.

Prices are inclusive of shipping charges in some cases. (Clearly mentioned on the site.) You won't be surprised by additional charges after your purchase. All duties and taxes are included in your order total. There are absolutely no hidden costs.


With our no-hassle return policy, returns and exchanges are fast and easy. If something is not right with your gear, return new items within 7 days from item receipt. You can choose whether to get a replacement or credit of the full product purchase price.

If the product you have purchased from DJ Pundits (Djpundits Sales And Events Llp) has a manufacturing fault, DJ Pundits (Djpundits Sales And Events Llp) will facilitate the repair or replacement under the warranty provided by the Manufacturer/ distributor of that product. If the item is DOA (dead on arrival) or develops a fault that is covered by the warranty within 7 days from the delivery date we will replace the item immediately.

Unopened items may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date for a exchange or credit. Freight and Octroi charges to be paid by the buyer. Items that have been opened may be accepted back at our discretion; however a restocking fee will apply.

We only accepts returns made within the first 7 days of receipt of shipment. Any merchandise that you wish to return must be shipped within this 7 day guarantee period. Please follow the return instructions printed on the back of your invoice. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse. Failing this, the return will either be refused or be subject to a minimum fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. Payments made by credit cards will be refunded to your credit card. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Software and Equipments bundled with Software cannot be returned or exchanged as opening the package means the software is compromised. Such products can only be repaired if they are defective.

The following items are nonreturnable, except for in case of defects: Computer software, equipments bundled with Software ,sound-cards, internal earphones, earplugs, raw-frame speakers, turntable cartridges, washed or worn clothing and footwear, body jewelry, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos.

1. How do I return a faulty item?

Email us at returns with the following information about your faulty equipment –

    Order Number
    Serial Number
    Detailed description of fault
    proof of faulty product, video or still photo.

Things to remember...

Most distributors require that any units repaired under warranty must have a proof of purchase. Keep your receipt safe.

DJ Pundits (Djpundits Sales And Events Llp) is not responsible for returned goods damaged in transit. Pack your goods carefully. Always keep original boxes for your equipment so you can safely move or send your unit for repair. If you do need to send the unit back without the original packaging, make sure it is packed and padded securely so as to avoid damage.

2. What if my order arrives damaged?

It never usually happens but in the rare occurrence that your order arrives damaged, just let us know immediately by calling +(9122) 284 78339 and we will get the issue resolved. All Shipments are covered by transit insurance for further safety.

3. What happens if the courier returns my package to you?

If an order is returned to us we will contact you as soon as possible. If the return is a result of incomplete or incorrect address submitted by you, you will be required to pay the additional courier costs before we resend the order.

Yes, if it says in stock on the website then it is in stock and available for your purchase. On the odd occasion there may be an inventory error in which case we will contact you immediately.
